Mr Rajen's talk

Mr Rajen has mentioned about 3 types of generations. The three generations are generation X, generation Y and generation Z.

The three different generations and what they have to do with time management. 

Generation X : Generation X is born roughly between year 1963-1980. People born in this generation are tendency to work hard. They are the first generation to have experienced divorce on a large scale and likely to have changed careers several times. Time is money, they should think through what is the biggest thing to do on the next day, be a smart time planner and everyone will be success. 

Generation Y : Generation Y born between year 1981-1995. This generation common include lazy, demanding and unrealistic in their career aspirations, they have major problem which is LATE.  What they have to do is do not work until the end of the day and stop last minute work.

Generation Z : Generation Z born between year 1996-2009. They are the first generation never to have experienced the pre-internet world. Accordingly are already technology-focused. They have to manage their time wisely and lose focus on certain unnecessary things like social network sites.
